1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use FinderX. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are not a registered sex offender
You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law
2. Your Account
To protect our community and create real connections:
Use your real identity and accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Community Rules
FinderX is built on respect and authenticity. You agree NOT to:
Use fake photos or impersonate others
Spam, solicit money, or scam users
Harass, bully, or promote hate speech
Share explicit content without consent
Promote commercial products or services
Collect user information without permission
4. Cancellation Rights
Cancel anytime, effective at end of billing period
For Apple ID purchases: Refunds must be requested through Apple
For Google Play purchases: Refunds must be requested through Google Play
5. Premium Services
For paid features:
All purchases are final (except where required by law)
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Prices may change with notice
Features may change over time
No refunds for partial subscription periods
6. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes:
First attempt informal resolution
Mandatory arbitration applies (except where prohibited)
Small claims court option available
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Create risk or legal exposure for us
Have long periods of inactivity
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
